HIIT Circuit Class
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit training for a 30 minute cardio and calorie blast.
This HIIT circuit is made up of 10 stations. Each station will push you to your limits for 30 seconds before you get a short rest while moving to your next exercise.
The aim of this class is to push your cardiopulmonary resistance and increase fitness and stamina while burning calories. Be warned this class requires maximal effort and comprises a mix of bodyweight, resistance, core and trx exercises.
