Yoga for Men
This class is focused at the lads. We will look to increase flexibility and improve relaxation skills, targeting specific areas where guys experience tension – such as hamstrings and lower back.
The benefits of stretching and flexibility are so often undervalued by the boys. I know because I used to underestimate them myself. I’ve seen huge improvements in my own recovery time, experiencing fewer injuries and maintaining better stress management. It also helps massively when it comes to agility, strength and hypertrophy.
This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate level and we welcome everyone from office workers, to fighters, to bodybuilders and everyone in between.
